This narrative ad features Rich, a ProFrac employee local to Vernal, UT, whose career has given him the time and space to balance work and family. We showcased through following Rich throughout his day how ProFrac provides employees with an idyllic work space not too far from home. This ad played at local movie theaters and was distributed on local social media platforms. It was used in newsletters, LinkedIn, and shown at in-person recruiting events.
